Accountability/Covering

We believe in accountability.  We are only “required” to have 3 board members but we are endeavoring to raise the bar and set a new standard.  Just the fact that we have a 21 member board says allot about our vision.  We are not seeking to build something Will & Cathy centered.

We have:

1. A 21 member Board of Directors

2. A 15 member Council of Ministers serving as SFE’s Spiritual Covering

(ONE of our Ministers serves on the board as a Liaison)

3. Personal Accountability Teams for Cathy and Will  

(ONE from each Personal A-team serve on the board as Liaisons)

4. Prayer Team  (ONE of our Prayer Team serves on the Board as a Liaison)

5. Cathy and Will’s Home Church Pastors as well as their former District Superintendent

As good as this is, our cross pollination takes it to another level.  

Every department/team has representation on our Board of Directors.
